Israel's Parliamentary Democracy Government
The kind of government that Israel has is parliamentary democracy type of government. Their prime minister is the leader of their government while the president is their head of state. And another fact about the government is they are headed by a multi party parliamentary system. The legislative authority in Israel is called The Knesset and their total members are 120 and their term will last for four years. 93 percent of the land of Israel is owned by the state of Israel and Jewish National Fund as well. The common law legal system is the base of the laws in Israel. And regarding their constitution, they have an unwritten constitution. And according to Aharon Barak, that their basic laws should be considered as the state’s constitution. Israel is one of the successful countries and their government is just doing it right although they don’t have a written constitution.
